I initially met Lisa when she did reflexology with me. I was dealing with a lot of work stress and wasn't sleeping which was causing anxiety. I wanted to try and deal with it through a holistic approach and read about the benefits of reflexology. I can honestly say it was incredible. Not only was it so lovely to feel relaxed and have some "me time" in a soothing environment, I also noticed that that evening I slept like a baby for the first time in ages. After that I was hooked and have continued to have regular reflexology. Lisa is amazing at her job and really listens to your concerns with the aim of helping you work towards managing problems. She is very professional and everything I have spoken about is completely confidential.

When lisa told me she had trained in reiki, I had to try it. Having recently lost my mum and dealing with a high pressured job I felt like I was internally holding onto a lot of stress. I found the whole experience of reiki completely unblocked me. It initially made me feel quite sad but then it was like a huge weight had been lifted and I felt so much calmer within myself.
